Only when the marketplace is unfettered will that work. When one company or companies collude, that distorts the market place and alters "whatever the market will bear" hence the lawsuit and proposed settlements with the companies.

Last time I checked, Massachuetts is but one state in the Union. They don't speak for all Americans, so by word choice this skews this unscientific poll.

The games arre fine, it's thd advertisers. and you get that everywhere, on TV, in stores and the internet. Beware of scams at all times.
